I just called my affiliated ABC News station here in the Boston area, WCVB-TV, Channel 5, about the Drudge Report's story on David Halperin's memo, which suggests that the ABC news organization is trying to give Kerry more favorable news coverage.

For any in Boston, the number is: 781-449-0400, and ask for the news room. Innundate them with phone calls -- even if you live outside the city!

The guy said that my call was the first complaint he had received; he said he would check out the Drudge Report story.

This is what we need to do, bring the bias of the national news organizations to the attention of the affiliates, as was done in the case of CBS over Rathergate.

I wonder how Drudge gets this stuff? He must have a mole in ABC or something. Or he is one he11 of a hacker. Laughing

Does anyone have the e-mail or web address.or the phone numbers for ABC? I tried to reach the local affilate but no such luck. the niewer line is full nad no one is answering the phone. I caled Fox and left a mesage on their viewer line. I am very sad that fox is not jumpin gonlthis story like they did CBS. They are letting these guys get away wth murder.

I would have thought the media would have been all over this, despite their reluctance for another media scandal.

I kind of wonder if there are some legitimate questions about the memo's authenticity. It sure wouldn't be hard to fake. And Drudge has been known to have been suckered before.

Just a (disturbing, and non-encouraging) thought....

Just saw it on FOX LIVE, they read the whole memo, One guy said it was the worst bias he had seen but as usual Juan Williams was ready to carry Kerry and ABC's water. If this is on the afternoon shows it will explode soon that for sure. Thanks ABC for your own October Surprise, we certainly will use it

i just e-mailed ABC ,several persons on the e-mail list. I told them how I could not believe that a news station in the USA would attempt to skew the news.

I just emailed my local station and called them for a very interesting convo. He ask that I not boycott the local station but send my complaints to the big boys. I told him forget it that tried that before with cBS and the only way to get attention is to hurt the little boys so they will complain about the big boys. I told him there is a firestorm a coming because we are tired of them carrying the water for the Democratic Party.
