Quote: | I guess it was just a nuisance in 93 when the towers were bombed the first time.
I guess it was just a nuisance when our barraks were bombed in Saudi,
I guess it was just a nuisance when our embassies were bombed.
I guess it was just a nuisance when the USS Cole was attacked.
I guess its just a nuisance for Israelis when busses, cafes, and hotels blow up.
I am only saddened that almost half of the country actually will vote for this bastard.
I have never been so outraged by a politician in my life. |
Bush needs to use that in the debate! You need to sent that to the RNC. Get 'R Done. _________________

Kerry just convinced any undecided Christian voter not to vote for him - all Christians know the signs of the times indicate a prophesized evil that just simply is not going to go away. Hmmm....hasn't he read Revelations? |

That was clearly a very asinine and ridiculous remark from a very stupid and uncaring person, I won't call him a man, he is a sad opportunistic sack or worse. This should be played and replayed until we sink this nuisance on November 2nd. And am waiting on new swiftie ads too. |

Prostitution, Illegal Gambling, Terrorism
Kerry lumps these three things together --- he is wrong!!!!
Prostitution and illegal gambling involve willing parties the prostitute and her customer, the bookie and his customer.
The terrorist and his customer? his beheaded? his murdered?
How does someone become a willing participant in terrorism? It appears that Kerry is sees little difference between those the police officers and fire fighters who lost their lives on 9/11 and the prostitutes JOHN or the guy who bets on college football --- Are these peopel all the same in Kerry's world? |

Kerry apparently has "cranio rectitus".
Let him keep talking. He's a real moron. Every time he opens his mouth he loses votes.
Do you think he's really THAT stupid? Does he really equate terrorism with prostitution and gambling? And this man wants to be CIC???
Here in Texas he couldn't get elected to outhouse detail. |

I just hope that all that suffer from the ABBS "Anybody but Bush SYndrome" Either die from it and go straight to hell, or they recover from it enlighted, and vote for the party and president that will make this country survive. |

"Dear Sir, or Madam, as the case may be:
"We in the White House feel the pain of the loss of your two children in the recent bombing of a shopping mall in Baltimore.
"We wish we could do more to retaliate against this act, but since only 22 people were killed, the event falls into the category of a nuisance, something we must accept as a fact of life."
Sincerely,
Joe Lockhart, Chief of Staff
(for The President) |

KERRYSPOT wrote: | You read this and you wonder why anybody - including myself - even bothers to blog, when this funny dad in Minnesota can make his point so clearly:
When I asked Kerry what it would take for Americans to feel safe again, he displayed a much less apocalyptic worldview. "We have to get back to the place we were, where terrorists are not the focus of our lives, but they're a nuisance," Kerry said. "As a former law-enforcement person, I know we're never going to end prostitution. We're never going to end illegal gambling. But we're going to reduce it, organized crime, to a level where it isn't on the rise. It isn't threatening people's lives every day, and fundamentally, it's something that you continue to fight, but it's not threatening the fabric of your life."
Tony Soprano doesn’t take over schools and shoot kids in the back. The doxies of the Bunny Ranch don’t train at flight schools to ram brothels into skyscrapers.
A nuisance?
A nuisance? I don’t want the definition of success of terrorism to be “it isn’t on the rise.” I want the definition of success to be “free democratic states in the Middle East and the cessation of support of those governments and fascist states we haven’t gotten around to kicking in the ass yet.” I want the definition of success to mean a free Lebanon and free Iran and a Saudi Arabia that realizes there’s no point in funding the fundies. An Egypt that stops pouring out the Jew-hatred as a form of political novacaine to keep the citizens from turning their ire on their own government. I want the definition of success to mean that Europe takes a stand against the Islamicist radicals in their midst before the Wahabbi poison is the only acceptable strain on the continent. Mosquito bites are a nuisance. Cable outages are a nuisance. Someone shooting up a school in Montana or California or Maine on behalf of the brave martyrs of Fallujah isn't a nuisance. It's war.
But that's not the key phrase. This matters: We have to get back to the place we were.
But when we were there we were blind. When we were there we losing. When we were there we died. We have to get back to the place we were. We have to get back to 9/10? We have to get back to the place we were. So we can go through it all again? We have to get back to the place we were. And forget all we’ve learned and done? We have to get back to the place we were. No. I don’t want to go back there. Planes into towers. That changed the terms. I am remarkably disinterested in returning to a place where such things are unimaginable. Where our nighmares are their dreams.
We have to get back to the place we were.
No. We have to go the place where they are.

I found this on NRO-KERRY SPOT AND THOUGHT IT SUMMED UP KERRYS MISUNDERSTANDING PRETTY WELL. Maybe Kerry needs to talk to this guy. _________________ twicearound |

Sept. 10, 2001. Ah! The good old days when terrorists were just a nuisance. Kerry wants this, but France really wants this. Life was sooo much better when they were illegally selling arms and engaging in the oil for food scam. This war on terror is such a nuisance where profits are concerned.
Interesting sidebar; liberals think profits are unfair, yet are oddly silent on the oil for food scam. |

It was Clinton's foolish decision to treat the first World Trade Center Bombing in 93 as a law-enforcement matter, ala Kerry's idiotic nuisance remark that convinced the Islamofacists the USA was a paper tiger that could be attacked with impunity and they acted on that leading to the horrific events of 9/11. What they failed to grasp was that President George W. Bush is not Bill Clinton and with W. American would not be a paper tiger. Under W., the USA would kick Islamofacists a**! |

I sense a new Kerry/Edwards theme song, "The Way We Were" sung by Barbara Streisand. How does that go Babs? Isn't it something like "What's too painful too remember, we simply choose to forget"? How appropriate. |
