Of course, if you can consider the "fair" rating of 13% to be, arguably, semi-positive, you get quite a different perspective and considerably less of a story...and it's improving. All in all, somewhat encouraging but a long way to go and a watershed event just around the corner.
I guess I better create a "poll" folder in my bookmarks...thanks for the link. |

Their Premium service is worth the bucks if you're a real political junkie. I signed up for it. I think it's $49 for period leading up to the election. _________________ On Sale! Not the point.
Polls are obsolete as soon as they are taken. A snapshot is ALWAYS something from the past. _________________ 13F20P |

What does Kerry lack?
The answers to this question are numerous but my first answer is decisiveness. I do not think he has the ability to take a stand on a serious issue and stick with it. I do not think he has the ability to follow through and drive an issue home.
As a Senator, one can pick and choose their battles. As a president, one must fight every battle that comes along.
The last time Kerry lead anything it was a bunch of dope smoking protestors. What makes him, or any of his supporters think that he has the ability to lead the most powerful military in the world? |

With all due respect, I've had John Kerry as one of my representatives to the U.S. Senate for about twenty years. Kerry is nothing, if not decisive.
As soon as he figures out what's best for his political career, he decides! _________________ Bye bye, Boston Straggler! |

"May be because"? "Astonishingly clumsy"? Was this written by an academic afraid to take a stance?
It is because. Also, I can't imagine a soldier handling VVAW anti-war activities with such finesse that they wouldn't be branded a traitor!

Polling registered voters is as useless as polling blind people to ask what type of reading glasses they prefer.
And is it really necessary to remind people that this is the month of June?
Hearken back to 1984, when a guy named Walter Mondale had an 18 point lead "in the polls" at about this point.
The only polls that count are taken on election day.
And those that would favor doing away of the Electoral College... then I must assume that you'll happily allow the voters in NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles decide our national elected offices?
The Founding Fathers' development of the Electoral College was a stroke of genius. |

What Kerry lacks? Well... let's see now...where to start.......
How about integrity?
How about charisma?
How about loyalty?
Convictions...scratch that...courage to stand behind his convictions...if he has any?
I got it! His third purple heart! nah can't prove it.
Lacks a clue? or a plan?
What he lacks most of all...this is gonna hurt...

It is much easier to say what he has got;
1. The ugly stick that they beat him with.
