Does anyone know how I can find if there will be any Bush rallies in my area? I am registered on www.georgewbush.com website, but I couldn't find where they would be listed. I looked on the state and county GOP sites, but all I saw were events for the local races. I live in the Rochester, NY area.

My parents live in Sarasota, FL (which is VERY Republican, home of Katherine Harris) and my Mom went to a rally today. She stood on a street corner with a sign, and said she'd never been flipped off so many times in an hour in her life. She said she felt so great doing her part though,and she got to meet Katherine Harris too.

Somebunny what you should do is contact a Bush Victory Center in your area. They can keep you posted on all the Bush visits. I have been able to meet George Bush, Laura Bush, Dick Cheney, Lynn Cheney and John Mc Cain so far. They will ask you to volunteer in some way but it will be good for you to get involved in the Election Process. You will learn more working on the campaign that you would in some University liberal social studies course. Have fun.
