I can't understand why a Federal judge can order release of all of Bush's National Guard records under the Freedom of Information Act and the public cannot get access to Kerry's medal and discharge documents? I can understand the medical files being withheld without From 180 but I thought the discharge and medal info might be available on demand by the public. I'm not an attorney so I can't understand the inconsistency.

The suspicion of Kerry's discharge possibly not being honorable was a surprise to even me! We have to find a way to take this to the next level quickly.

I sent another contribution to help with airing the latest commercials. I think they are a great summation of the tremendous battle for truth the Swiftees have been waging.

Hi,

Bush authorized the release of his records. That was by "Executive Order" if I am not mistaken.

His medical records were released in the form of reporters being able to see them but not take copies.

Kerry has something to hide. That much is plainly clear or he would have signed the 180 long ago.

Most personal information is withheld due to privacy laws.

The AP sued for release of all Bush's records. But the fact is, he had already released everything. The only additional thing of any consequence that came out was a letter from Bush's father to his commanding officer, thanking him for having a good influence on his son. The liberal media tried to make that into something more than it was of course, but they failed.

So far... no news organization has sued for release of all Kerry's records. One does wonder WHY NOT? Evil or Very Mad

If the AP can sue for Bush's records, why can't we sue for Kerry's?

Been wondering this one a while myself. Especially important to get it in NOW, just in case Kerry (Dear Lord Above, Help Us All...) actually wins...

If he loses, "we" can always trash his Senate career...

I'm figuring that O'Neill is all over this, but it sure would be nice to hear it...can't see as how this is a "close hold" "need to know" element of the Swiftie strategy... if they've investigated it and a FOIA isn't "doable", or likewise, if it's in the works, we should know, in order to avoid duplicate efforts. How about it Navy Chief?

Hello,

Anyone can sue for Kerry's records. You will not get them unless he signs the 180. Basic privacy rights and different from divorce records.

Bush in effect signed the 180 and therefore any records could be had by AP. I suspect they filed suit to make a bigger story. They have lost all respect of serious journalists and informed members of the public that can use their head.

You are a father or mother, say the mother of Steve Gardner , Kerrys

50 cal. guy, and your son is with this newby Lt. Kerry and unknown to

your son and the others in Costal 11, Lt. kerry has had "parisomina"

from ealy childhood, (all in his books, his family talks of it, his current

wife says "he scares me , wakes up scremming ect.) Thurlow who

bunked in his hootch says he had to go outside to retrive him from

sleep walks. Now Gardner is out with Lt. Kerry who is suposed to be

watching the radar, only a boat almost hits the swift, Garner reacts

just in time hits lights and see's this guy reach for a ak and he fires

his 50 cal. kills the man and moments later finds the 12 year old kid.

Kerry comes out of cabin say's stop firing "after its a done deal"

? Did the Navy know of the parisomina when he was accepted, did

they think it was OK to send this type of person into a combat zone

"with comand authority" . Did Kerry ask for and get "this ok"

?Any chance the Navy knew he took medication for the parisomina?

In any event, the mother has now lived with her son past the knowing

of the deal, me I question. Thats all.
