I hate doing this, because it seems so lazy, but my job is intense right now and I'm fighgting Swiftee stuff at another site and should not be doing so given demands on my time. But, if anyone could please tell me where I read (links, please) these two things, I'd be grateful:
1. Kerry sought 4-5 deferments, and
2. The officer who wrote about how dangerous Bush's state-side service was, with so many jets crashing they refered to it as something like "widows duty."
Again, sorry to pass my proof burdens on to others, but I'm working 60 hrs and trying to also keep up in a forum w/ swing voters. _________________ --Mona-- |

Here is one source for the deferments. You might find more by using "Google" or some other search engine and entering "kerry dererments".
http://www.ranchers.net/bullpen/polbull/polboard.mv?module=view&viewid=6943&row=
""The National Archives and Records Administration has located Mr. Kerry's official Agency record; it is enclosed. Mr. Kerry registered with Selective Service on December 11, 1961, at Local Board #7 in Concord, New Hampshire. He was given Selective Service Number 19-59-43-209. Mr. Kerry was classified "2-S" (Registrant deferred because of activity in study) on May 26, 1964, and was subsequently awarded this deferment four more times, through April 5, 1966. On April 6, 1966, he was reclassified "1-D" (Member of a Reserve Component). He was separated from active duty on March 1, 1970, and was reclassified "4-A" (Registrant who has completed service) on April 29, 1970. This was the last action taken by Selective Service concerning him."
KERRY applied for FIVE DEFERMENTS ALSO! He got FOUR & was turned down for the FIFTH!! His were for;
-Education
-Education
He applied for the FIFTH to study a year in France and was turned DOWN and was told NO because he was about to GRADUATE
seems that he was none to eager to serve, |

Thank you! LikeI said, I'm so pressed for time and afraid of looking lazy, but trying to fight the good fight. Your link helps. _________________ --Mona-- |

Why don you ask these people to explain to you why Kerrys Election Web Site has an acceptance of Discharge dated 1978 when he enlisted in 1968 for six years , ask them why he had to do a dd 215 in august 2000 to get his medals on his record, ask them why his DD 214 only shows 3 years 18 days of service?
That will piss em Off |
