I cannot fathom how someone from Spain can watch his/her countrymen blown up and have the reaction to capitulate to terrorists.
It made ME quite angry.

It made me angry too. I am shocked that the Spanish people would let this act influence their election like it did.

I had the opportunity to talk with a few of Spains soldiers while I was in Iraq, they WERE happy to be going home, but they were pi**ed off about the circumstances. They felt that the soldiers that were killed in Iraq died for nothing.

BTW Spain's new President is falling all over himself to get in bed with Schroeder and Chirac.

I use to ride my motorcycle to Spain and Portugal every summer, but I will have to skip Spain and just go straight to Portugal next summer.

For some reason it is easy for me to picture James Carville taking "demolition classes" just in case Kerry is still behind in the next 10 days.
