Let me put it this way..I joyfully have given at least 10 times more to the Swiftees than I have total to all political and issue contributions, IN MY LIFE. And I'd do it again, but I've already forfeited all my next Christmas and birthday presents. The wife is like that.

I have to say, no matter how 2 November turns out, it has been my pleasure to have participated here and, hopefully to have helped the process in some small way.

I view the election this way...it has been the mission to say to America "Hey Folks, see that ugly pile of stuff on the ground over there? Don't step in it - it really stinks!! Should the miscreant stoners over run us and jump in that pile, well then, don't blame us. I will be devastated, but you were warned. The frog's in your and big media's pocket now and so is the responsibility!

Deep down inside, I know Kerry will lose. And that you, Swiftees, are why! I, for one, am eternally grateful.

I just got a call from the NRA (I'm a member) ... listened to a Wayne LaPierre tape recording tell me how Kerry was going to take my guns, etc.

When the "live operator" came on the line, I was asked if I would like to contribute and get a "Kerry will take your Guns" bumper sticker.

I replied that I got a lot more bang for the buck if I contributed to SBVFT, and I had some bumper stickers "by them", already.

The answer:
Yeah, I can understand that. Every time those guys get on TV, Kerry seems to drop a point. Thanks for your time. Keep contributing.

So I just did.

I am setting at work with my V.F.W. hat on, I have my stop hanoi John shirt on, and I am just tired. I went to a Home Depot today and a young black kid asked me what I had aginst Kerry. An hour letter I left and the kid was in shock that his boy was such a traitor to veterians and our country. I will realy be glad when Kerry is defeated. The people I work with think I am nuts. Its to bad but I am the Boss. Victory is close.

I agree Gator. I work on the left coast with a bunch of f'n liberals. I'm getting close to punching a few of my coworkers out. I hope this next 2 weeks goes a bit faster so I don't get sued and loose my job. Wink
