Such bad stuff.

A film made and produced by a Vet gets cancelled, yet Michael Eat All The Noodles Moore can come into town and have his garbage shown in major houses for a week or so.

Things are so upside down.

When Dubya wins I don't know if I'll be able to control myself from shoving it up their butts.

This is sickening.

Yeah, McCain needs to step up and do something for his party. That's an excellent suggestion.

We have to keep fighting back. I'm going to check back on the Freeper to see what comes up from this and if there is a specific mailing attack we can use.
It really galls me to think if Michael Moron's film had been threatened like this, the story would be major news everywhere.
Since when were the dems for free speech. Like another writer here said, just for urinating on crosses, burning flags etc.
This is a ghastly way to treat POW's who want their story out. It shows you what these people think of our military. Who do these libs think fought to keep their free speech? Do they ever THINK abou that?

I am checking with a friend - a manager at a major chain video store- tomorrow. He has offered to let me purchase videos at his cost. If I can do that with this one I'll let you all know tomorrow. This way we can get them less expensively - at least here in Nevada.

There is a link to a Video on this ABC afiliate, the link labelled "VIDEO: Dann Cuellar reports"

http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/news/101904_nw_stolenhonor.html

Quote:
October 19, 2004 — The Big Story on Action News is a politically motivated film furor Tuesday night in Jenkintown. Supporters of George Bush and John Kerry went nose to nose Tuesday night in Montgomery County, and neither side had any intention of backing down. Nerves are fraying at the edges, and there are still two weeks before Election Day

The emotion of this politically charged presidential election got the best of some people. People who came out to see the anti-Kerry film, "Stolen Honor" were already upset that management of the Baederwood Theater cancelled the showing after threats of civil disturbances. Ultimately the anger reached a higher level when Bush supporters clashed with Kerry supporters.

Dan Sweeney/SOMERTON:

"Did you see what he said in the senate? Did you see that?"
Bill Perry/LEVITOWN, PENNSYLVANIA:

"If you'd shut your mouth we wouldn't be arguing (slur)."
Sweeney: "What (slur)?"
Perry: "Give yourself a try. Come on. Hey. Hey. Hey coolaid."

Abington police had to move in several times to keep ardent Kerry and Bush supporters from coming to blows. This after the documentary "Stolen Honor" which was to debut to a sellout crowd of 600 people was cancelled."

Joanne Dalbey/WARRINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA:

"It denied me the right as an American citizen to see a movie that every American should have the right to see."
Ryan Sweeney/SOMERTON:

"I think it's terrible, I think it's ridiculous that they're gonna shut this down and at the same time they're gonna show Michael Moore the day before the election."
The producer of the film blames Kerry operatives for shutting down the showing of the film.
Carlton Sherwood/FILM PRODUCER:

"The underhanded coercion and intimidation tactics of John Kerry, here's my reaction, what is John Kerry so afraid of with this documentary?"
Kerry supporters were pleased the showing of the film had been cancelled.
Bob Fields/READING, PENNSYLVANIA:

"We don't believe it's an honest movie. Doesn't honestly state the positions of what he did."
"Have You Seen The Movie?"
"No, I don't I have not."

Once again, police had their hands full...
"Go back to Hollywood and Michael Moore, go ahead."
"I live In Levittown fool. I'll stay here as long as I want to."

"You think so?"

"I know so."

"You gotta get a lot more weight to keep up with me son."

"You think so?"

"Yeah, I'll knock you right on your butt pal."

Incidentally the Kerry campaign claims they hadn't anything to do with the movie not being shown here. Refunds were given to those who had bought tickets and the producers gave out DVD copies of the film for them to watch at home.

There's a little bit of a slant here.

Echo Juliet... I love you and admire your ministrations but...

I've worked in copyright and have to say that the value of the license is time sensitive. Whatever houndreth of a cent per thousandth is meaningless if the message is lost, particularily here with only two weeks of viability left.
I haven't seen the program. But I support it. If it its distribution is limited because some one wants 17 cents per viewing we've got a problem!

Kill Kerry is the intent..isn't it?

I did a google search on the two people in the news video who spoke up for Kerry. The yellow toothed wonder, Bob Fields, is with Veterans United for Kerry and is on their website with a sample letter about Iraq war soldiers not having the right equipment (had I known that and been there I'd kicked his ass myself). Gary Garb is with Volunteers for Israel. Now this part really freaks me out to no end, he is Director, Corporate Computer and Information Security, UNISYS Corporation. (He has lobbied for passage of a bill in the past). It might be good if someone could capture this news video and save it (I don't know how) before it goes away.

all while Sundance and mtv promote Kerry....

does anyone know where Sundance stations show?

I don't think mtv has any commercials w/ sponsers to boycott....

any other ideas anyone??????? anyone near a msm should picket in front of their offices....

I'm refusing to see any movies (even on tv) that has anyone I know in it that has been part of this on the liberal side.... including Redford, Brad Pitt, Jennifer A, Sean Penn, Steisand, her husband, Saradon, Diaz etc....

No wonder that the greatest defender of Saddam--one of the most ruthless dictator in the history-- is the liberal thugs, well including their presidential candidate.

Do they share the same values?

Perhaps we should try Bob Dole......he's already made comments about Kerry's lack of "blood" when he got his medals. He may help us.

I think more is at stake here than just sKerry's reputation, I think the Anti-war movement is going to be hit hard too. This is a huge liberal movement that is about to get exposed on a national level, so it's more than the Presidential issue at stake.

He has publically said that what Kerry did when he came back is fare for the POWs and Swifties to attack/talk about.
I think the ONLY reason he stated that was because of the Swifts having his statements back then against Kerry and didn't want to be caught pandering TOO MUCH now to Kerry.

I am suprised Kerry didn't get an invite to McCains when out here for the debates. McCain was with Kerry against condemming Human rights violations in VN.

When McCain Stated he thought the Swiftvets ad was dishonest and dishonorable. At his site the contact form gave an error message. I think allot of people were attempting to contact him. I submitted the same to AZ republic. Of course never published.

However when he appeared at a huge rally for Bush with Senator Kyl, JD Hayworth, gosh am drawing a Blank on the others but, but the crowd Cheered Bush, Cheered Kyl, Cheered Hayworth and was silent when McCain was announced. He didn't attend any debates with his opponents. he is allot like Kennedey a shoe in .. . so he doesn't care.

Maybe McCain should do us all a favor and replace the Breck girl as J. F'ing Kerry's VP. He votes with the cool-aid crowd most of the time anyway.... That has about as much of a chance of happening as McCain blasting Kerry for any of the outright lies he's told. Evil or Very Mad
