Not for the reason you may assume, i.e. democratic votes.

They may be fighting Nader being on ballots because until the lawsuits are finished that state can't print and mail out ABSENTEE BALLOTS !!!

The Dems are hoping that the delay causes the overseas military votes of some to be mailed back too late to count.

Precisely what Fast Eddy Rendell is doing in PA. This guy who looks like a cross between a used car salesman and a Porn shop owner was Clinton's DNC chair and a big Kerry booster. If we can overcome the dead turnout in Phila, PA goes for Bush. If the dead vote in concert with the non existent to any great extent it's trouble.

In Some precincts in Phila that is so. In 2000 some of them had 110-120% turnout. That's normal City Dem machine results.
