Can you provide a link to where it was revealed that she had recorded her allegations? I hadn't seen that, and it would change my outlook on the whole case. Thanks. |

Here it is. It is assumed some of the phone sex conversations were recorded due to the specific nature of the allegations. O'reilly has not disputed that he made these calls, his only defense to date is that they did not rise to legal definition of "sexual harassment."

Okay, I had read that page. Until the tapes are actually produced, I'm giving Bill the benefit of the doubt that this is a case of extortion, because the woman moving from Fox to CNN and back, and her ties to Al Franken, really call into question whether it's a set-up. It sounds like one to me. Settle out of court, huh? If O'Reilly is innocent, he won't. That's my opinion. (deposit $.02 in my PayPal account, please)  |

I've been hesitant to jump on this band wagon for many reasons, the main one is that O'Reilly today, Hannity tomorrow. I had heard that there was some money offered to anyone who could rope a talk show host. This is a good article about who may be behind this attack on O'Reilly. ABC, NBC, CNN, CBS, and all the other GREEN eyed monsters! Think about it, the accuser left Fox, went to CNN, came back to Fox and then screams SEXUAL HARASSMENT!
