EJ,
I can think of many folks who would make a MUCH worse Attorny General than either Janet Reno or Jocelyn Elders. IMO, Kerry would be likely to appoint someone even worse than either of these ladies.
That's a primary reason it's important that Kerry remain a Senator after Inauguration Day 2005.
