Kerry knew this in advance. Just look at his Oct 9 debate--he mentioned that troops were being killed with stolen ammo that BC neglected. This is all a coordinated effort.

This ad is extremely week and boring compared to all the attack ads he's put out.

Methinks this is another Kerry Ad slapped together to influence the media - and was not intended to be shown to the public using real dollars. They are doing quite a lot of this lately, or making a tiny buy for two days in market #86.
