I posted a thread in the other forum here;
http://www2.swiftvets.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=113983#113983

....If absentee voters cast their vote by trying to line up the arrow with the punch card, they could punch the wrong number. "It's incredibly confusing," said Aaron Greenspan, a 21-year-old absentee voter from Shaker Heights . "Every day that goes by, more people are going to send in these ballots and more of them are guaranteed to be wrong."

Absentee voters are supposed to ignore the arrows and punch out the chad that matches the candidate's number, Jacqueline Maiden, a coordinator with the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, said Wednesday.

Kerry is #6
Bush is #4

And Nader was deleted from all of Ohio.

This is the absentee ballot of Cuyahoga county only.
The central and southern part of the state will vote Bush and take tuesday.

I am both a Photoshop expert, and an election judge in the City of St. Louis.

I am 99% sure this is a bogus image.

The butterfly pages, where the candidates are listed, should have sequential numbers. What we have are 6, 10, 2 and 4

If you chage them to 6,10, 12 and 14, they line up.

Now, I try to never underestimate the incompetence of a Government worker, but the most logical explanation is that this is a doctored photo. Dems do enough nonsense without getting our knickers in a twist over a hoax.

I agree, Tim. I saw this first on another site, and the consensus there was it was a doctored photo.

This is the actual absentee ballot and listing received by absentee voters in Cuyahoga Co., OH.

The listing gives instructions to use the numbers to punch selections on the ballot, but does not specifically say to disregard the arrows.

How many people are going to intuitively try to line up the ballot with the absentee listing? THAT is the issue.

Because COINCIDENTALLY, the only candidates for whom the absentee listing matches up with the ballot are KERRY and BADNARIK.

Coming from a Democratic-run county, it just smells a lil funny. Wink
