AP Sues for Bush's Military Records

The Associated Press sued the Pentagon and the Air Force on Tuesday, seeking access to all records of George W. Bush's military service during the Vietnam War.
Filed in federal court in New York, where The AP is headquartered, the lawsuit seeks access to a copy of Bush's microfilmed personnel file from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission in Austin.

Do you find it as "interesting" as I do that they've sued only for one candidate's records, although there are far more questions to be asked about the other candidate's records?

And some people still think the AP is an unbiased source of news.

I think they are hoping that, when they don't find anything, they can claim that the administration is stonewalling them.

If the AP is suing for President Bush's records, why not get another news outlet, ie Fox News, to sue for Kerry's records? We need to start getting aggressive in this campaign. Even more than before.
