Brilliant hunch or waste of time?

There are lots of observations to make about this adventure. By this time in our odyssey we all have blisters on our fingers. There is one obvious dynamic that stands out in my experience that I thought I might share.

[u]People hate lawyers more than they hate Bush.[/u]

Let me explain. Thousands of emails have been spitting out of my computer since August. I had more response from one email than any others. I sent a photo of Bush with the caption “Why Bush? Because he is not a lawyer, that’s why!”

One of my relatives on my family list sent back a LOL message and revealed that the husband was a lawyer, and agreed!

A Jar Head (notice the capital letters to denote respect) friend of mine is a Unitarian, Mensan, Mega-liberal, pugnacious, argumentative guy who I always get drunk with on Veterans Day or the Marine Corp birthday. Our friendship has withstood our polar positions on almost everything. I felt a thrill of victory when he wrote back

“Now that is a goood argument”

This was the #1 response generating email that I have sent out. My ego was bruised. I work hard at this. I am serious. What gets the most response? A quicky slap against lawyers that took me 30 seconds.

Conclusion: I want a photo of Bush in a cowboy hat or in a pickup so I can append a caption.

I want a photo of Kerry as an attorney to which I can append a caption.

Can I get some help?
