Armed group claims to have missing Iraq explosives

BAGHDAD, Iraq - An armed group claims it’s in possession of explosives missing from a munitions depot facility south of Baghdad.
In a videotape obtained by Associated Press Television News, the group threatens to use the explosives against foreign troops who threaten Iraqi cities.
A speaker on the tape makes that “promise” to “God and the Iraqi people.” The tape says the group coordinated with officers and soldiers of “the American intelligence” to get its hands on the explosives. The group’s claim hasn’t been independently verified.
The International Atomic Energy Agency says nearly 400 tons of conventional explosives have vanished from the facility. Iraqi officials blame its disappearance on “theft and looting” due to lack of security.
Why are the media outlets in this nation trying to destroy the nation and their own constutional rights that allow them to speak this way. And why are people such lemming to believe this crap. Someone I work with was making a big deal about this story, and I called BS on him, and walked away all pissy. They cant even start to defend why they are for sKerry, other than that he's not Bush, thats the only reason I've ever gotten. Its sad... |
