Need a copy of Madame Binh's 8 point peace plan. Been searching through the Vietnam Archives at Texas Tech but haven't been able to pin it down.
Can anyone help in the search?

I'm searching for someone else and they asked for the 8 point plan (which appearently was Nixon's)

There was an 8 point plan that was replaced by a 7 point plan 7/1/71.
They are different plans.
