1st time I've ever seen a President in the flesh or been at a political rally.
30,000 people jammed the Pontiac Silverdome, every seat was filled including the floor! Holy Cow! It was cool, jam packed, and the crowd was enthusiastic and glad to be there! _________________ A willing tool of the "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" since 1981. |

Now if those 30,000 take 10 friends to the polls --- and those 10 take another 10 friends to the polls..... |

He's back in Michigan on Saturday. That's the third time in four days. Ponitac Yesterday, Saginaw today and Grand Rapids Saturday. Tell you're friends. Something is brewing in Michigan. This is more than a bluff. Their internals must be telling them something.

concernedgranny, have fun--I know you will! Your 14 yr old will be very interested in seeing Ahnold, too. We 'oldsters' are more the Zell Miller type! Even though I was in the seating area of the stadium last night (I'm not a $100,000 donor ) we were all on our feet the minute 'the man' came out and we stayed there. As I suspected, I got very little sleep last night. It was 3:00AM and I was still hyper. Wonder why today is so draggy??? _________________ No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

Concernedgranny: Do you have to have tickets to go to the Columbus rally tomorrow night? I plan to take my kids too. We went the last time he was in Columbus and when we got there we found out that we were supposed to have tickets. The guy at the gate reached in his back pocket and gave me two tickets (one for me and one for my 20 yr old daughter...the younger kids didn't need tickets) It was an awesome experience! I felt like a groupie at a rock concert...I totally embarassed my kids. My oldest daughter got to shake President Bush's hand. I have a great picture of the rally that shows how big the crowd was but I can't figure out how to add a picture to my message. Over the next 3 days I am planning to attend the following rallys:
Friday night: President Bush and Arnold Swartzenegger in Columbus,
Saturday night: Hannity, Oliver North, Bill Bennett,
Sunday: President Bush in Cincinnati
I'm just trying to figure out if we need tickets for these events. |

Don't know how the rally in Columbus will be handled but we needed tickets for last night's in Pontiac. I have done a little volunteer work for our county rep. headquarters and also receive email updates on what's going on. Got an email Sunday telling me to come into one of several offices to pick up a ticket. When we got to the stadium, we had to show our ticket and picture ID before we went through the metal detectors. The detectors were manned by uniformed individuals who had a patch on their sleeve that read "Secret Service." Didn't know Secret Service wore uniforms--accustomed to the black suits, ear pieces, who keep talking to their wrists. _________________ No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

I called my local Republican office and picked them up. You have to give them your name, address, and phone number. It's at Nationwide Arena over by the Horseshoe. |

Try being in Oklahoma - the estimate that ush will get 60% of the vote - the good side to this is we don;t have to listen to sKerry!
