I wonder if he CC'ed Lawrence O'Donnell?
Seriously, if that were INDEED the case, that the Switfts deserve as a minimum our sincere RESPECT, then WHY is *everyone* virtually ignoring or blowing off what John O'Neill and over 250 others have to say in DIRECT testimony regarding the nature of Kerry's service?
Easy to talk the talk, Senator Warner. Try walking the walk. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

I actually think the noble comment was his way of saying the very least he could about Kerry while still remaining diplomatic.. And even then he quoted Bush, not himself. And the Minimum comment just means 'at the very least' meaning they deserve even more. His letter is to tell you that he is aware of the accusations, including the discharge.
He is not going to commit to action to you - but be assured with all the calls and emails he will be annoyed enough to do something. He's a tough ole bird, he lived thru a marriage with Liz Taylor! |

So it's okay to condone a communist collaborator, proven liar and purjuror, and self-admitted war criminal run for POTUS and CinC as long as you're diplomatic about it?

Bush said "noble" that's not Honorable.
Look people we have been calling and may be getting some action. Today I had to be at my new office (phone etc set up) I am weeks late in getting it done because this has to happen first.
My mom and I called all John Warnersnumbers the other day, called the White House, and written emails to Warner, Frist, etc. Tomorrow I can go throughthe lists and so can mom.
Now I am going to repeat myself.
WE NEED TO BE IN DC ON THE STEPS OF THE CAPITOL TOMORROW.
Time is up. We will not see this in the light of day. The Bush campaign decided long ago that the election should be "clean" and he should win or lose at the polls. Too bad! We are not going to let our President Bush lose because of some since of honor and let this Kerry creep take OUR country. Let's get to DC. I am ready to leave Tallahassee as soon as I know ALL who can...we need 100s ...will be there.
The die is cast SENATORS will not help US keep OUR Country!
Let's roll. CTW

I agree with Margie, this needs to be sent to a media source. There is no time left with basically 1 day (tomorrow) for media coverage. _________________ Mad as Hell! |

Are there off site copies of the hard drive info on this site and are they
secure , will the adm. advise the members of the risk of these records
getting "out",
As it is "both sides now" and not a song, the aftermath B or K ect.
may bring, "they told lies ect" and hunters .
Have them come to an understanding that "do it now" and Kerry gets
"out" himself alone now, or these VN vets here and other places will
work until we are put in the grave by time or otherwise, and that if
its after Tuesday then there will be no reason not to "go where the
paper trail leads" truth is truth, and if none of them are
able to fly in "clouds of truth" then they too may have the chance
to "pull up to hard" and spin in.
History gives no long term contracts on "the reins of power" _________________ the strange mr aj |

I think that the only Senator that will, can, help is Zel Miller. He is passionate, and really does NOT want Kerry as president. He is going to retire so it wouldn't matter if Kerry were elected...he'd still be retired. He was on Hannity today, and remember his speedh at the convention! I really think he would make it PUBLIC. and may be quoted in the press as well! |

Nixon made it a mandate to leave Kerry alone. George HW Bush was the CIA director, and then President. John Warner was around. Colson went to prison for Nixon. Nixon left the White House to stop an impeachment and to not put the country through more turmoil. He was not supported enough to stand up to the process and the people could have revolted.
They have buried the MIAs. Wake up. NOT ONE SENATOR IS GOING TO DO ANYTHING ...maybe after the election???.
They all have a different view of what is BEST for the country than we do. They are looking at the US and its position in relationship to other countries. The UN is after Bush. They are doing EVERYTHING to get the American people to VOTE Kerry in. Then it will be the WILL OF THE PEOPLE.
"Strong internationalist" and "Progressive people" are synonyms for COMMUNISM.
We need to be in DC. CTW

My head is spining and I cannot believe it is coming down to the wire.
The senators are worried about what they can do now which is campaign. Getting docs out and people to cough things up takes time then there is an investigation or congressional panel to invetigate.
What we need is the person that is sitting on this stuff to cough it up! The country and thousands of soldiers lives are depending on it!
If I had incriminating evidence about a person who could be President in 4 days and I knew it could stop it, I would get off my butt and do it!
It's the country and the world, my childrens future rides on it! _________________ Mad as Hell! |

CTW, I admire your passion, however, 100 or even 1000 people on the steps of the Capitol wouldn't raise an eyebrow. There are that many tourists on any given day.
The Senators are NOT in town. They are all out stumping. DC is a GHOST TOWN right now. No one who has the slightest amount of drag is in town, they are out campaigning.
However, if you must go to DC, drive to Springfield, VA. Park your car there at the Metro station. You do NOT want to drive into DC or try to park your car there. Trust me on this. Take the Metro into DC (Blue line, then pick up the Yellow at Pentagon, and get out at L'Enfant Plaza (or Navy Archives) and walk, or pick up the Orange and go to Capitol South.
I have heard of, been part of, or watched from a distance literally hundreds of protests. DC is used to them. In fact, I don't even think you need to get a parade permit if you have less than 1000 people. You may want to ask a cop. There are 14 different police departments in DC alone, so they are everywhere, just look for a blue or brown uniform that isn't military or public service.
Realize also that DC is 80% Kerry country. They are only SLIGHLTLY less socialist than Russia, and a good argument could be made that Russia is actually more conservative.
In any case, good luck, and take care. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

Oh, no! I wasn't on YOUR case! I was miffed at the good senator.
I'm fine. Really. There is NO way this campaign is going to make me switch to decaf. No chance.
Sorry (truly) if you think I was going off at YOU. Twas the furthest thought from my mind!
