Do not do either. Start writing letters now!!! Kerry is trying to give the impression that it's in the bag and he is the President select, the presumed heir to the White House. Do not wait but start writing to the editors telling them Kerry is a pompous windbag, ego big as a donkey, etc. |

Kerry has been elected, did I miss something?!
The Sunday Times has confirmed through Kerry campaign staffers that apparantly he is the President-elect. He is telling Europeans that he is now choosing his cabinet..Senator Joe Biden Secretary of State?? Hmm did I miss something? Did the election pass me by, and I just slept through ? Did I vote? I do not remember voting? Now my friends..he does not even know his own country's Constitution..in fact, he has appointed himself President..by order of Prince John, I am now King..
Can you imagine if this was the other way around and W was running for the first time, telling all the peoples of the world that I am choosing my cabinet, I will get it right for the world. The world will approve of my choices. I have passed the global test, I am KING..
The utter gall amazes me. The utter arrogance. The damned nerve of this man. He has something seriously wrong with him. Then again, I do believe it. He is an elitist liberal. He knows what is right for us. We do not need an election, we, the American people can not be relied upon to vote..he will do what is right for us, he will make those pesky decisions for us..after all, HE IS KING JOHN!
Well, your majesty..lets review our history. You might want to refer to a little known Revolutionary War..1776..hmm, the American people do not take kindly to Kings. We tend to throw tea in the Boston Harbor..we tend to fight..we tend to rebel..and we will..at the ballot box on November 2..
Bring your tea cup to Boston Harbor the night of November 2..there will be some Earl Grey brewing for you..I will be glad to pour you a cup..
My letter, going out to about every newspaper, talk show host and cable net I can do in one shot..thanks for the advice..I have had it!!!

Kerry would ask Republican Senators McCain and Hagel to accept Cabinet positions? Fat chance that they would accept!!! If Kerry wins the Presidency but the Republicans still control the Senate, Republican Senators would gladly STAY in the Senate to vote down every judicial appointment Kerry could ever make, in payment for Democrat filibusters of Bush's appointments.
Of course, if Republicans find that certain of Kerry's proposed appointees are objectionable to swing voters, this could be used against Kerry BEFORE the election!
If Bush wins the election, he should give Kerry a Christmas present, and appoint Kerry as ambassador to Cambodia! _________________ The traitor will crater! |

So Kerry wants a plagiarizer as Sec. of State. I suppose we can expect Teddy Kennedy as head of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Maxine Waters as head of the CIA, Jimmy Carter as UN Amassador and Barney Frank as Sec. of Defense. _________________ John Kerry. A Neville Chamberlain for our times. |

I know that I've never been nearly as tuned into election stuff as I am this year, but isn't it normal to start pulling together prospective Cabinets before the election? Or am I out to lunch? If I am, then I'll have the spiedino di mare, please. Blue cheese on the salad. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

My god...Joe Biden????? He couldnt do better then that guy as Sec of State???
He will ask McCain to be Sec of Defense I bet, and McCain will probably accept if he is not planning on running for the presidency himself in 4 years.
Remember Clinton pegged a Rep Senator for his Sec of Defense (Cohen) so its not that out of the ordinary...
I keep going back to Joe Biden??????Gimmie a break....lol...
We have to make sure Bush wins for that reason alone!!! Joe Biden??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA |

History as told in the future:
President Nixon was known as the Great Negotiator.
President Carter was known as the Great Vacillator.
President Reagan was known as the Great Communicator.
President Bush 41 was known as the Great Coordinator.
President Clinton was known as the Great Fornicator.
President Bush 43 was known as the Great Liberator.
President Kerry was known as the Great Fabricator.
Does anyone notice a pattern forming here?

yeah, at this point it is pretty standard to have ideas of who you would want where. To do otherwise would show unpreparedness in the event of the candidate winning. if I remember 2000, bush was picking his cabinet well before the election was decided. legally decided, that is. |
