At about 1755 this evening I turned on the TV out of Albuquerque and caught the tail end of an ad with a veteran saying something like "If John Kerry hadn't gotten us out of there we'd all be dead".

I suspect that the guy is one of Kerry's old crew and he's refering to the time Kerry turned and ran while the other boats went to the aid of the one that had hit a mine.

Looks to me like typical Kerry tactics. When hit with uncomfortable truths strike back and discredit the messenger,

Another way to look at it is, they are admitting it was because of Kerry that it ended. Now, to tie that in to his treasonous activities with NOrth Vietnam Laughing Wink
