took a listen
this is the interview where he talks about giving his medals back
have seen some posts where someone has been calling attention to this particular point in the interview
at about the 2:minutes in
lead in ...
has anyone called you a hypocrite………

Have to agree with the person who had pointed this out.
The interviewer says this so matter-of-factly
It is not said as if she is questioning IF he had a dishonorable discharge
it is said as if it was a fact, and if he had been questioned about it
and he didn’t blink an eye or miss a beat in his answer

He mentions a couple "interesting" points.
We are "trained killers" who are frustrated with America and ready to act? Quotes some unnamed Black guy who is said to have told Congress he was taught two things by the Army, Accounting and killing. He can't get a job as an accountant, so he must turn to killing?
Then there's Joey, the drug addict. Says he was hooked on heroin while in Vietnam in 1965 and has been addicted ever since. Although off now, he can go back at any time. The military did nothing but release him, addicted.
He also accounted for something near 40,000 veteran addicts walking around in Boston and New York and said the country was filled with veteran addicts.
Thank you, John Kerry, for poisoning the public perception of her returning sons.
