No, unfortunately he said that he was the first to break the SwiftVets story, he took it as far as it would go, but he was done with it and didn't want to hear anymore about Kerry in Viet Nam or Bush's ANG record. |

Hi,
Ask Drudge if character matters? Then ask if being a proven Communist sympathizer is worth talking about.
What are you hiding, Matt?

If there is eyewitness or documented proof, I think he'll have to run it. Lets hope Lipscomb doesnt let us down. |
I think this is what many have been saying all day. We need some solid proof or this is just another looney far out rumor and does more harm than good. |

Ok, lets not give up with Drudge. Try to get on with the story of the found directives of the Communist to the group who met in Paris. |

He's taking a lot of calls tonight because he's doing a "Drudge poll" on who the listeners are voting for. You could probably call and say you're voting for Bush because you would never vote for a Communist collborator, and get it in that way. |

Yep, that's what we are trying now. Try to get either of the stories out there! |

You are on it. He was raised to be a communist. Of course he calls it "strong internationalist", his nuance.
The reason the discharge is relevant is because of the reason for it. CTW

Some snips from “Players” at R&R (FBI file extracts):
--11/07/71: FBI File (S09,p.121 & S10,p.251).
Quote: | ....[Kerry] acknowledged that some of his views might work against the continuation of a world made up of nations as well as feelings of nationalism, but said he still had faith that the U.S. can change. |
--11/12-13/71: FBI File 11/16/71 (S9,p.230-231): (Kansas City meeting)
Quote: | John Kerry mentioned on Friday that he was going to resign his position on the nat’l. exec. committee because of politics & Kerry attempted to get Al Hubbard voted out of the exec. meeting..11/13/71: ..Hubbard advised he had just returned from a meeting in Paris..his trip was financed by the CPUSA. ... FBI 11/19/71 (S10,p.2-9) - ....Hubbard said that the PRG represents revolutionaries in So. Vietnam & that the DRV are No. Vietnamese gov’t. officials. They wanted to make arrangements for more Americans (presumably VVAW or New Left activists) to travel to No. Vietnam. Hubbard also gave the impression that the No. Vietnamese would generally support future VVAW actions but gave no other details as to that support.
... Urgo, who had returned from No. Vietnam in Aug. last.. spoke as if he himself were working for the No. Vietnamese officials. Urgo said that the No. Vietnamese do not want to shift American new left emphasis away from the anti-war issue onto any other issue. Thus, they would not want to discuss POW exchange during a VVAW trip to No. Vietnam but would rather occupy VVAW visitors with indoctrination. ..An unknown nat’l. organizer said in passing conversation that VVAW is getting a good bit of money from a communist party in Europe but gave no other details. (redact) VVAW rep said that some rich lady connected with an unknown paper company in NE U.S. is a source of finances for VVAW.... |
--12/13/71: FBI (S11,p.119-123). (Kerry no longer on Executive Committee at this time, but still giving speeches as a leader and/or spokesman for the VVAW):
Quote: | Recent VVAW Ch meeting in Fayetteville, AR.. advised that the new Nat’l. Exec. Committee is composed of Al Hubbard of NYC; Larry Rottman of Gorrales, New Mexico; John Burch (phonetic); and Joe Urgo who had recently returned from Hanoi, No. Vietnam...(redact) said that letters had already been sent to GIs in So. Vietnam & called for a protest by the GIs to cease combat activities... Source stated that (redact) had been in contact with the VVAW Nat’l. office in NYC & learned from (redact) that the No. Vietnamese peace delegation in Paris, France, was unhappy with VVAW plans for five separate protest demonstrations & wanted one massive demonstration in Washington, DC on Christmas, 1971. The No. Vietnamese ..& VVAW postponed the trip of VVAW members to Hanoi... |

B-1000 you are awsome. There's no question in my mind that all this stuff isn't being put to good use. Thanks for what you're doing.

sure would like to know that name!

wouldn't it be a bombshell if some g.i. discovered one of those letters tucked away in his old duffle bag? |

Now THERE is an intriguing thought.
A place to start looking would be the PsyOps weenies at the Joint U.S. Public Affairs Office at the Pentagon. They'll probably refer you to the National Archives. Prowl NARA, and the Texas Tech archives. If hundreds of letters were sent, you know PsyOps glommed onto a copy.
Another place I'd suggest is the Commandant, Special Warfare School ATTN: PSYOP Dept., Fort Bragg, NC. They may have copies in their archives. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

I believe we have to find an alternate means to tke Kerry out.
I would like to believe that the MSM would eventually air this, I doubt it. it implicates them now. In fact they will be sitting in NY or cali. saying all those riight wing Kooks in fly over country.
This is why the discharge was important in my eyes they had painted them selve in a corner with bush and would HAVE to air it.
Here is another point Carter gave amnesty to all these pukes, how clean does that make Kerry? I am not a lawyer, but I would bet kerry has this all sown up.
So we have , in my eyes, to find an alternate means to cut him to size.
Here is an Idea I have been thinking about. I need help guys input and Ideas.
What is Kerrys fuel to be before the Public?
What is the one thing that keeps him in office?
His donars.
I submit to you that amoung a portion of his donars are some evil SOBs
But I will also Submit to you that Kerry has some big donars that are well meaning...
I dont know what Chief has compiled. I dont know how it would be best to approach it. But if we take away the legitimate funding it exposes him
What do ya guys think?
This is a longer term strategy then for the election. However this is the fight I say we Defund him. |

Navy Chief is right.
Always knew it was bad, but this just reaffirms what I have thought for many years. Now I too am again feeling sort of trembling like going into combat. We can't let this go. It has to be dealt with. Count me in for sure. Whatever it takes.

Saw a lot of that propaganda type literature while on short leave into Leesville, La. while at Inf. AIT at Ft. Polk Sept 71. Also later in Nam, word spread through my unit that if we wore a certain headband (available at Vung Tau R&R center vendors) that the VC/NVA knew and would not shoot as they would believe we were friendly. I was just a newly turned 18yr. old newbie at that time. A few men in my platoon did wear them. I bought one but never wore it. Although I did carry it in my ruck for a "just in case" scenario. They didn't seem to work as sister Co. of 5th Cav was hit pretty hard 03 Jan 72 with 1 KIA and multiple WIA. They weren't worn much after that. Our B Co. was down to 66 men in total and we then split down to platoon size operations. Stretched pretty thin. My original headband is still in my memorbilia chest. Believe you me, I am not of the same character as Kerry. I volunteered for service and totally despise J Fng Kerry and Fonda.
Would love nothing better than to take him on personally. However, I would much rather see him taken down publicly along with all his sympathizers. Just searching the web today I am finding some real interesting links to college professors and heads of departments. And these guys are very active today in anti-war acts. It is almost unbelievable that this could be happening to our country.
I know I didn't keep any of the propaganda literature. There may be some old Stars & Stripes, Army Times, articles or something that I may could produce. Seem to recollect that I have seen some write ups posted on the web a long time back. Count me in. _________________ B Co. 2/5th, 1st Cav 71-72 RVN (11B) also
