I don't doubt for one second that they would coordinate such a stunt in order to discourage Republicans from voting. Time to dig in deep, we WILL win this election! |
The AP proved time and time again over the last few months that they are totally corrupt, and cannot be trusted to pursue nor report the news honestly.
However, these early exit polls favoring Kerry would have me sneaking out of work or doing whatever necessary to get out and vote for Bush...an unintended consequence that hopefully will prove to be commonplace. |

NRO is reporting that the numbers showing Kerry up 20 in PA are from the Kerry campaign and are bogus and of no value in determining where the race is. So relax and remember if the Kerry campaign has to try to supress the republican vote with bogus number they are in trouble. So get out and vote. |

The site is www.nationalreview.com. Check The Corner link, and The Kerry Spot, and Battlegrounders. Best stuff. |

If the polls show Kerry ahead it could work to Bush's advantage.
Newly registered Democrats that are not overly motivated
could say oh well, Kerry's going to win, so my vote isn't going to
matter, and they stay home.
On the other hand, Republicans that were not overly motivated will
say oh my gosh, I better get to the poll! |

Drudge's credibility has to be, at the very least, somewhat in doubt. I've not felt comfortable with how he has "spun" things throughout this election Season. Also, he is not supportive of the Swift Boat Vets and has refused to report Kerry's less than honorable Discharge. _________________ "Lord...Who may live on your holy hill? I was watching the Kerry clan, after JK voted in Boston on FOX News -- there were no smiling faces and T looked ticked. That was just after the Bush family arrived at the White House with everyone waving and smiling. Both of those family photos were better than any exit poll. |

I gotta tell you, I left the polling place VERY enthused.
I live in Livingston County in Michigan, which is a mostly Republican
county ( Gore got only 35% of the vote in 2000).I couldn't believe
my eyes when we went to vote today! Huge line waiting.
Took one and a half hours to vote. I have lived here for seventeen
years and have never had to wait more than ten minutes in the past.
I know that almost everyone in the line were republicans because we were all talking about how
much we loved President Bush. A lot of people who didn't bother voting
in the past, were there today.
So motivated to get out and support Bush because of the importance
of the election this year. I spoke to the township clerk, and he said
the lines have been steady all day, he expects 85% turnout in our township compared
to under 50% in past. ALMOST ALL REPUBLICAN VOTERS. |

angelnoel,
That is good news. I'm sorry I sounded too pessimistic. My family's vote in Texas (with extended family in Nebraska and Utah) is good for the overall popular vote but not particular important for the electoral count. But you have been very encouraging. Keep up the good work.
