70 plus per cent in Chicago metro area. Most in 30 years. I can't help but think that bodes well for us. Democrats in Chicago have always been pros at getting out the vote so I'm praying Republicans came out in droves.

...and it looks like Phil Crane (R) is going to lose to Melissa Bean. Guess everyone wants higher taxes.

Ugh. Is it okay to hate your home state sometimes?

The Republicans would have better off with Jack Ryan staying in the race.

Even his ex-wife said he'd be fine candidate as I recall.

And hey, if Jack can get Jeri in the first place... Wink

Keyes is no representative of Illinois.

Actually...I did vote for Jack Ryan...I hand wrote his name in as I could not vote for either Keyes or Osama...oh I mean Obama. Wink
