I know that many of those who frequent this board are not particularly
pro-Bush and put your political preferences aside to defeat John Kerry.
Whatever your feelings about Bush, I think that President Bush deserves
our respect and admiration for standing up under the constant attacks
and vitriol to which he has been subjected for the past four years. I
believe that he has done what he thought was best to conduct the WOT
and defend our country, without regard to what was politically most
beneficial to his re-election. Just because of his character, he stands
head and shoulders above John Kerry (although he is really about a
