THE SWIFTIES MUST BE SMILING RIGHT NOW [11/03 12:18 PM]
http://www.nationalreview.com/kerry/kerryspot.asp
I am informed that Al Franken, appearing on Air America, just said something to the effect of, "the Swift Boat Vets were right."
Considering what John Kerry said about them in his testimony, could this election result be the parade the Vietnam Vets never got and always deserved?
UPDATE: I'm now told by readers that Franken was joking. He also said that "Kerry's promise to surrender to France" probably cost him the election.

Quote: | My theory holds: Beyond Bush being the better choice, Kerry's flubbed pitch just before the Democratic National Convention cost him the Presidency. By bouncing the ball on the way to the plate (and pitching off the mound) Kerry angered the Fenway gods (and they are an angry bunch) and sucked up all the bad karma from Fenway — which allowed the Red Sox to go on to victory. Thanks John! |
HAHAHAHA! Do not anger the Fenway Gods, for they are vengeful and demand Sacrifice! |

The Fat Lady's gone, the audience left, the janitors cleaned up, the lights are turned off, the doors are locked, and Dan is still sitting alone in the dark! _________________ "The price of freedom is eternal vigilence" - Thomas Jefferson

John Kerry was, is, and always will be a poser. That's why he lost. I just wish the media and all those pundits who call us stupid would realise that we're not stupid enough to fall for a poser.
But they're so lost in their hatred for President Bush that they will never see it. And I'm afraid the President is going to be more vilified than ever in the next four years. *sigh*
