When Kerry's senate seat is up for grabs, please help eject the traitor from there too. |

Roger that Mass. really needs two new Senators. The state may have the nation's two worst Senators. _________________ "That awful power, the public opinion of a nation, is created in America by a horde of ignorant, self-complacent simpletons who failed at ditching and shoe making and fetched up in journalism on their way to the poor house."

This group should stay togather for sole purpose of unseating John Kerry from his Senate Seat.
Our talents and Money should help find a qualified challenger and lets finally rid ourselves from the political map FOREVER.
Life is good. |

Well Kerry runs for his seat in 06 and Edwards has a contract offer to be the new Breck model.

I would hope that Kerry's advisors look at what was coming out in the news about the communist ties, the LTH discharge, the lack of opening records, etc, etc and suggest that the correct course for him would be to resign his seat and enjoy his excellent pension plan.
It would make sense to the Mass Dems - they get their new blood into the Senate via an appt or mid point election. And they actually might someone who works for them!
=======
Edited - after hearing the exit speech and the comment re his "band of brothers" and their support - I think he needs to stay in office so that all the truth about him can go further.... he needs to go down real hard...

Hate to say it, but I think the good folks of Mass need to do some heavy soul-searching. When both their Senators seem so flawed to the rest of us, but they keep getting elected time after time, something's wrong with a system that the rest of us cannot fix. |

So davman, do you think there is hope in Massachusetts? The voters there seem more left than the voters here in the Seattle area. And you don't have a republican Eastern Washington. _________________ "It is not a smear, if you please, if you point out the record of your opponent."

Well, MA did elect a Republican Governor, even if all its House members are Democrats.
Another solution: find a popular moderate or relatively conservative Democrat, without any skeletons in his closet, to challenge Kerry in the primaries.
Do you think anyone could convince Zell Miller to move to Boston? _________________ The traitor will crater! |

No we have to concentrate on getting the MIAs home. Put John Kerry back in the lime light and advertise his abandoning the MIAs. "Swiftboat Veterand, POWs and MIAs for Truth". |

We had Bill Weld as governor. Since Weld, all three governors have been Republicans, including Mitt Romney. Romney is a terrific gov! Ronald Reagan also won here! I do think there is hope, but Republicans have not spent any time here, and the party is weak here. Just about everyone I know voted for Bush, so it is a little difficult to see Kerry's margin of victory. It is the folks from right around the city and college students that cause the tilt to the left! If some time was spent to rally the western part of the state, and sway the suburbanites, we could do it. We will also need a few viable candidates. The two commies usually run unopposed.
P.S. Stopping Hillary Clinton is another good reason for this group to stick together. This is a woman who scolded an Army General for saying good morning to her. She instructed him not to speak unless spoken to! Great way to treat our soldiers! |

I absolutely agree with the idea of getting rid of Kerry but in MA there's a very real chance that he would be replaced a more crazed Democrat, e.g., Joe Kennedy Jr., Barny Frank etc.. The "good" thing about Kerry is that he just wants to BE a senator without actually having to DO something. Can we change hearts and minds in MA? I hope, but it looks like whatever MA has is spreading first to VT and now to NH. |

Governor Weld came out of the woodwork to campaign for President Bush, maybe he would be interested. He was popular here because he is moderate. |
