And these friggin liberal Kerry supporters don't understand why we don't want John Fonda Kerry in the White House. It was anti-war traitors like Kerry that caused these people to think this way about our men and women in the military!

Damn them!

Friggin War Woof!

It is not your generation, it's Kerry's. The dope smoking worthless comunists that claim to be Americans are to blame. I would love to see Kerry in jail for his crimes, but I have to admit I would prefer to see him in the electric chair much more. He has to go!!! This error on his part of running for the CIC job might be the break that we all have been waiting for, he has opened his own pandora's box. We need to go for the jugler vein now and end him once and for all. Semper Fi.

I read the article in the Seattle PI off of a link from News Max. Seems the thing started when the parade announcer asked the soldier, who was carrying a Veterns For Bush sign, what was he a veteran of? Officials later tried to spin it that the announcer wanted to know what conflict he was in so she could honor him. The guy was 23 for God's sake, he would have been 9 during Desert Storm. What a crock!

They also said that the crowd was venting their anger at Bush and a soldier carrying a Bush sign represented that. These people will say anything to rationalize their crass behavior.

Anybody who exercises their freedom of speech by denegrading a person who sacrifices their body to protect that freedom is beneath contempt. These spoiled self-centered brats should be placed in a position where they would have to learn what it means to sacrifice oneself for a greater ideal. I don't know what that would be, but I'd be interested in hearing options.

I have a simpler solution:

Soldiers who were not disabled should have spit upon pretty-boy for his disrespect. Such a tactic is the only way for soldiers to get any respect whatsoever from people like that (leftist crazies). They will NEVER like you - but they WILL respect you.

This poem was written in response to Professor Peter Kirstein of Saint Francis Xavier University who became briefly infamous in late 2002 for his vitriolic reply to a query from a US Air Force Academy cadet, calling him “baby-killer” among other things. There’s nothing quite like watching a liberal college professor reflexively attacking some 21 or 22 year old college student just because of the college he attends. The funny part was that Kirstein’s boss, the university president, had served in the USAF. Oh, to be a fly on the wall when Kirstein was called on the carpet! For the more complete story, http://hnn.us/articles/1095.html.

“Baby-killer”, is it? Let me see...
Your right to say it is a gift from me.
I bought your banner-waving liberty.
The clothes you wear, the hair you keep uncut,
Are yours because I took it in the gut.

I cannot walk as straight as you, but then,
I was called to do the work of men.
You played at studying philosophy;
My body was the tool of history.

I shuffle home, and you off to the street,
To tell the world how sensitive you are.
You love to tramp my flag beneath your feet,
And mock my wounds although you bear no scar.

It just shows you the class of the democratic party. They claim to be the little mans party, for the workers etc. This type of behavior is in their blood. The goal is to actually smash the little man and turn this country over to a socialist state. Lets face it the little man has ensured our freedom and the traditions of this country have continued for hundreds of years. We the working class are the last line of defense for our freedom and they have to attack us to meet the deadline for socialism. Our military comes from the working class, so they are a natural target. While attacking them they even keep a straight face while saying that they are pro military and support our troops. DNC= Democrats Need Communism. That is the facts folks read the history it speaks for itself. The largest contingency of Anti-Americans is the DNC, lead by John Hanoi Kerry and Micheal Moore. Semper Fi.

Regardless of what the Left says about their alleged support of the troops, they despise the military. The military protects national sovereignty and individual freedoms---both incompatible with their overall philosophy of collectivism. The Left despises the military, because its a symbol of American power and they support the U.N.

Go Air Force!!!

This incident will not be the last. I have seen Iraq and Viet Nam compared several times in past weeks. Since the war in Iraq is being criticized by many Americans (mostly Dems) I think we will see a new anti-war movement although on a lesser scale than the late 60's and early 70's.
After all, those original demonstrators did eventually get married and reproduce. I think we'll find that their offspring is just as braindead as they were.
BTW, as I mentioned on another site, Tom Hayden is retired and wealthy and Jane Fonda's knees aren't what they used to be so the new sign carriers will have to find their own leaders.

A well placed 2,000 cluster bomb on main street would handle that problem. We are headed for another civil war in this country, only this time it won't be North and South, it will be Americans against the democrats. Semper Fi.

Marine,

You may not realize just how true that statement is.

The purges initiated by the major figures of "progressivism" (e.g., Lenin, Stalin, your old N. Vietnamese friends, etc.) resulting in the deaths of millions, were done in the name of expediting the world revolution through elimination of the "uneducable" (the uneducable towards the miracles of collectivism, A.K.A. those who would not abandon their 'human nature.')

In the leftist culture, the means towards 'utopia' justifies the ends, even if it means killing millions. Cultural and moral relativism and historical revisionism are the enablers for such barbarity.

"Progressivism" itself is an Orwellian term, as the ethos of the "progressive" is really insanely retrogressive , back to the time of pre-monotheistic barbarity.

THE SOLDIERS OF VIETNAM ARE ENGAGED IN THEIR LAST BATTLES - the battle to restore the dignity stolen from them by the "progressives", and protecting our Western Culture.

Believe me I know FDL. I just hope that when it is open season on liberals they don't set a bag limit!! I like what Bush did the other day, he is forcing the issue of same sex marriage to the Senate floor and a vote for a Constitutional ammendment banning it. He won't get the ammendment but will force Kerry and Edwards to vote on it. They will have to vote or let it pass. Their true colors will shine, if they vote for it they will lose most of they gay/lesbian vote that the need, if they vote against it they will show that they are against the morale values of mainstream America, as well as their religious faith, subsiquently losing the south which they have to get to win. Who was it that said Bush was dumb? Watch the flip flopping on this one!!! Any bets on a philibuster, either way the libs show their true colors. Semper Fi.

My 19 year old son who is in "A" school at Great Lakes went to Chicago on liberty with his two bothers 21, & 17 when some hippi type on a bycicle road by them and flipped him the bird. My 17 year old just enlisted last week and will be going to Great Lakes 2/05. And my 21 year old is graduating from the U of MN @ Winnona next spring as a mass communications major. He says he wants Rush L's job. I am so proud of my 3 sons. A good thing I wasn't in Chicago with them I would of chased this SOB down and beat the heck out of him and I would probably be sitting in a cell right now because some wrong thinking judge would throw the book at me.

that's just sad that anyone would do that. Sadly, respect seems to be lacking more and more these days.

These days? You forget that some of us have experience with this behavior from over 30 years ago.
