Here's my take:

Dear Mr. Kerry,

Thank you for conceding the election like a gentleman, preventing a repeat of the rancor and legal battles of 2000. Now it is time for healing.

If you truly want to help heal the nation, you can best start by apologizing to the Vietnam Veterans for your testimony in 1971 that stole their honor out from under them. One cannot heal illness without addressing the root causes; many of this country's ills today are mere symptoms of the disease your words inflicted on the country back then.

While those were turbulent times, the need for unity in the face of taday's challenges calls for you acting like a man and apologizing. The absolution that would result - for the vets, as well as yourself - will only help strengthen our great country.

I think a steady blizzard of emails, faxes, snail mails and phone calls to our own Congressmen/women as well as to Traitor John would at least make our Congress and Kerry know that we're still out here and we're not backing down, ever again.
