Latest vote, by county, 3:50 p.m. EST, 11/3/04
http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/vote2004/countymap.htm
If someone can post this directly, that'd be great. Or, If someone has a nice big / clean full page image, that'd be even better. _________________ Paul R. |

right-click, select 'copy image location', and paste, then bracket that with the "img" tag.

If I am tracing the state lines correctly - I would have to say that Oklahoma is the only "all-red" states!!!
oops - I just saw an updated map with state lines - Nebraska is anoter all red state!

Damn straight we are!
And we broke the Dem stranglehold on the state legislature by getting our senate back for the first time in 80 years! |

I can't get "copy image location" to come up, but, manually, I'll try the 2000 map for comparison...

That is an amazing look at this election, is it not? See that little blue speck in the center of Texas? That is Travis county, home to the People's Republic of Austin.
I hate having to go there.
The blue border counties are so corrupt they make Cook County look like a model of democracy. Those counties are where you want to go if you are put in jail, because for about 100 dollars you can bribe your way out. Totally lawless, like an old John Wayne movie.
And comparing the two county maps, it looks like Bush did much better this time.
Someone email this map to Mikey Moore, eh? On second thought, better not--he will forward it to bin Laden. _________________ The last refuge of scoundrels is not patriotism; it is finicky liberal humanitarianism.--Martin Paretz |

Look at the Blue areas of California, Oregon and Washington. So small in comparison to the red of the rest of their respective states. Yet they gave the west coast to Kerry. _________________ "It is not a smear, if you please, if you point out the record of your opponent."

Unfortunately, acres can't vote, but city-folk can and do (GRIN). |

When I right click the image, the only thing that comes up that would make any sense is "copy". When I then try to paste it here, paste does not come up as an option, I only get options as if this was the first thing I clicked. I do not get "copy image location" no matter what I try. _________________ Paul R. |

Oh, didn't you mean the "minute men" fighting for their "nation(s)" in the Middle East?
Knowing that Moore has said such a thing among all the other egregious things he's said - add Imus assanine comments in about the Swifties and it just makes my blood boil - oh, am I glad the good guys won yesterday! _________________ "We will rally the world to this cause by our efforts, by our courage.
