Judicial Watch Appeal for the Non-Investigation of Kerry Awards & Conduct

Judicial Watch continues to press Navy to investigate award of Kerry medals. Thank God we have an organization that doesn't accept the gloss over by Dept of Navy. We know this is a "hot" political issue that may require digging inside Dept of Navy around the FOIA to get to the "truth".

Maybe now that Kerry won't be the CinC, the Navy is free to work on this..
Or, perhaps, if there was a pardon, it covers all wrong-doing so the medals have to stand....
