To All Move America Forward Supporters:

Thank you - one thousand times over. Make that tens of thousands of times over. That's how many of you stepped forward and contributed to Move America Forward and helped to make history.

Last night more than 115 MILLION Americans participated in our
democratic process and voted. This marks the highest number of
votes in any election in our nation's history.

Despite the media bias against our troops and the war on terrorism, strong opponents of the "Blame America First" crowd were elected across the country. But, you can bet the liberal media is going to go all out to discredit the election and continue to undermine support for the war on terrorism. We must keep working to make sure Americans hear the truth.

And, as much as it might upset some liberals like George Soros and his ilk at MoveOn.org, you can count on Move America Forward to continue our mission.

It was heartening yesterday to see citizens turning out at the polls like they never have before to voice their support for candidates who supported a tough-on-terrorism approach. The electorate rewarded those candidates who were most supportive and loyal to our heroic men and women of the Armed Forces.

Whether voting for President, Senate or Congress, the people of this nation made it clear they supported a strong national defense and the idea that we should take the battle to the terrorists overseas, rather than face attack on our own shores here at home.

Without your tremendous efforts and financial support this would NOT have happened.

THE STUBBORN LIBERAL MEDIA

The old-line liberal news media made one last-ditch effort to manipulate the American people with bogus information.

Exit polls conducted by the consortium of media outlets - and released early on Election Day - were horribly skewed toward the Left. This was despite the fact that we were promised these shenanigans would not happen again after a similar situation occurred in the 2000 Election (when the media depressed the votes of conservatives by reporting on erroneous exit polling data that incorrectly suggested conservative candidates were losing - several hours before the polls had closed).

The media has been shameless. They have adopted their own moral justification for an Orwellian "1984-like" mentality that redefining truth is acceptable to advance what they perceive to be the greater good. They despise the military. They despise conservatives. And they have therefore used every tool at their disposal to manipulate public opinion.

The shameful conduct of the media is what inspired the formation of Move America Forward to begin with. It was the biased news media coverage of the Abu Gharib prison scandal that prompted us to launch Move America Forward earlier this year.

The news media had made it clear that they were going to wage a psychological war to influence the American people against our military and its leaders. Someone had to fight back. And that's exactly what we've done, and what we will continue to do.

And it has been a success all because of your terrific work and support!

While last night's election results are heartening, we must make one thing very clear: the old-line liberal media will continue to wage a propaganda war against our military and those political leaders who are most supportive of our military.

We at Move America Forward have just begun to fight back. We won't stop until we bring about a complete revolution in how Americans get their news - because the future of our nation depends on the ability of the American people to be told the truth about world events.

There will also be ways in which Americans can rally behind efforts to enhance our national security.

And, believe it or not, we have already learned that anti-war activists are planning "End the War NOW!" rallies in the wake of President Bush's re-election. It seems the "Blame America First"
crowd is now energized to step up their efforts, which will be nothing but bad news for our troops and their commanders. Not only must they fight our terrorist enemies, but they will continue to have to face "domestic enemies" who try to undercut the support of the American people.

So, please, continue to stand firm in your beliefs and passions.
And remain committed to the fight to make this nation a better place - not just for all of us, but for future generations to inherit.

There will be those in this world who believe that they can use fear and terror to bring down nations of free people. They will sink to any level in an attempt to inflict pain upon us. Whether through kidnapping, hijacking, car bombs or through the use of some deadly chemical or biological attack, the terrorists will be heard from yet again.

We must remember the words of Ronald Reagan who taught us all how to take on the forces of aggression and tyranny:

"Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no
weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable
as the will and moral courage of free men and women.
It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not
have."

Again, our deepest appreciation for your tremendous support.

You have accomplished great things in spite of the long odds against you. This is an achievement that will be discussed by historians for decades to come. And it is achieved thanks to sacrifices that the two of us will never forget or take for granted.
