This woman had the nerve to say on Hannity and Colmes tonight, that the blue states should secede from the red and teach us a good lesson. What would happen to all those red states when the educated people from the blue were gone. In other words she was saying that the red states are made up of ignorant people.

I say do us all a favor and break away. Obviously, we're sick of what your education is trying to teach.

Now I challenge you all to list what the red states would have left if the Blue broke away. I do believe that the blue lips would be helpless without us.

This is just for grins, because I've decided I'm not gonna let the libs get to me again for at least 2 yrs.

I'll start by saying: The Red is made up of hunters so we would have food, also agriculture is in the red that fills their supermarkets.

Your tax rates are going to go up to 60-80%, and you will have the utopian model that you've always dreamed of.... from each, according to their abilities, to each, according to their needs. How else are you going to feed all the welfare families in your new country?

What are you going to use for defense of your country? (Cause for the most part, the REAL U.S. is going to use, first of all... well.... YOU! Just like the oceans are one of our prime defenses, at the moment.) You'll have to "outsource" your protection and accept an occupation army for your own defense.

What are you going to do for power, with only those windmill farms and suncatchers and a couple of aging nuclear power plants? How you going to fuel your SUV's, when gas is $7.00 a gallon? What are you going to do for water out there in western California?

Meanwhile, here in the world's breadbasket, with the manufacturing and technology centers that boomed when your tax and business codes chased them out of your states into ours, our abundant water and a ready militia to back up the military, and a tax rate down in the teens across the board - we'll be doing pretty well without YOUR friggin' excess baggage to drag us down and keep us held back.

Thank you that Ohio went Red. I can still walleye off Catawba Island and enjoy Christmas in July at Put-in-Bay. Buckeyes will rule over the MI BLUE. No more fishing at Two Rivers, WI, but I'll survive.

I don't understand why people are wanting to leave our country. I hate to say it, even if Kerry was elected president, I would NEVER abandon my country! Just because I feel we don't have the right president in office, doesn't mean I should give up. To me, they are NOT Americans if they feel that way and good riddence!

That is what I am hearing from the average rabid liberal in discussion forums. The red states are ignorant, uneducated, unsophisticated. I think we are getting a glimpse into the democrat mantra for the next 4 years setting up a run for the presidency of the "smartest woman on earth."

Guys when you look back at all these Democrat experts that the Media threw at us--Geraldine Ferraro, Donna Brazile, Susan Estrich, etc-- with their drivel you really need to stop and consider when was the last time they ran a winning election. Not to get too cocky about it, but our guys have done extremely well since 1984 in capturung and holding the House, the Senate, the White House and mainatining the status quo on the Supreme Court. Bottom line--something we are doing is working and resonating with the American people. I know many Democrats supported the Swift Vets in the efforts to keep "3 Scratch" out of the White House and to them we should be eternally grateful. Hopefully, many of them will see that the Democrat Party as a whole has somehow been overtaken by the Kerry's, the Kennedy's, the Barney Frank's Hillary's etc and has lost it's way and no longer shares mainstream America views.

My state of NC has been proudly red ever since 1980, and Carter
barely squeaked by with a win in 1976. I strongly object to our
state being referred to as ignorant. We have the finest community
college system in the US. I have been a part of that system for 21
years, so I know that other states have modeled their community
college systems after ours. We have three of the most outstanding
universities in the nation in our state - Duke, NCSU, and UNC-CH.
We have many other colleges and universities that are not as nationally
known, but are outstanding in their own right, including Wake Forest,
East Carolina University, and UNC Wilmington (which both my
daughters attend). We have four outstanding medical schools in
our state - Bowman-Gray School of Medicine which is associated with
Wake Forest, Duke, ECU, and UNCCH. NCSU has an excellent school
of veterinary medicine and we have four outstanding law schools at
UNCCH, Wake Forest, NC Central University, and Campbell University.
The Research Triangle Park is located in NC. Major biomedical,
computer, and industrial research goes on there each and every day.
We have a highly educated workforce due to the aforementioned
community college system, as well as to the number of retired and
recently separated military personnel that we have in our state. They
come from the three major military bases that we are priviliged to have
in our state - Camp Lejuene Marine Corps Base and the New River Air
Station, Fort Bragg Army Base, and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
I could go on and on about the great state of North Carolina, but instead
I will quote one of my friends and co-workers - "Case closed."

When Geraldine came on last night, I turned off the tv. Can't stand that woman. However, for the most part I'm enjoying watching the libs twist in the wind. Any honest, straight-talking person with common sense, minimally educated, can flatten the rhetoric of the most 'brilliant' intellect of the radical left.
