I finally got an email from my daughter this last Friday. She said she has been involved in setting up medical mobile units outside Fallujah. She told me she is safe, morale is high, the mood is determined and resolute.

She said I should not worry, but she asked for our prayers for them all.

As if she had to ask, eh?

this must be very hard for you. I will continue to offer up prayers on the behalf of all the men and women in Iraq, and in particular the ones at he Battle of Fallujah.

I am okay, thank you for your concern, but don't worry about me. Actually, it isn't just Fallujah, the whole Sunni triangle is hot. My son is with the Stryker brigade, btw.
