Boston Globe wrote: | On the afternoon of Aug. 9, John F. Kerry stood on the lip of the Grand Canyon, about to make one of the biggest mistakes of his three-year quest for the presidency. A stiff wind was blowing across the canyon, and Kerry, whose hearing was damaged by gun blasts in Vietnam, had trouble understanding some of the questions being thrown his way. But he pressed on, coughing from the pollen blowing on the breeze.

Seriously folks this made me laugh, bad hearing and pollen now the cause of skerry's defeat.

I read this article earlier on Drudge and was struck by the fact that
he claims his hearing loss was caused by his time in Vietnam. IMO,
he was not there long enough for his hearing to be affected. His
hearing loss is probably due to the same thing mine is - getting older! _________________ Susan R. Morton |

Seriously, hearing damaged from "gun blasts"? LOL, methinks it more likely Terrezza's hideous voice did his eardrums in. |

Maybe she liked to lead him around by the ears instead of the nose.

Kerrys hearing loss is due to the fact that he never listened in the first place. What good is hearing if you don't use it? _________________ Hey swifty, I'm with you, Just watch you don't get "Kerry'd away in the propwash

[with a folksy feel]
How many times was that one question asked
before Kerry answered it right?
The answer my friend is pollen and the wind
The answer is pollen and the wind
How many times can one man lie
before the truth is exposed
The answer my friend is swift boat veterans
the answer is swift boat veterans
It's late and these lines just fell out of my head. Somebody else can finish this one _________________ What about John Kerry's four months in Vietnam qualify him to be president?
Al Gore was there for five. |

The "Answer" is blowing in the wind. The Godless wind of politics and monomaniacal ambition _________________ Hey swifty, I'm with you, Just watch you don't get "Kerry'd away in the propwash
