This will make her the highest ranking African American woman ever - yet she'll be vehemently opposed by the NAACP, the so-called black leadership, and NOW because she is a conservative person of faith...hmmph...
Go Condi - we're behind you 110%... _________________ "We will rally the world to this cause by our efforts, by our courage. We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail." -- President Bush 2001

Sleepless, and unlike so many token minority appointments from the Dems, W. picks 'em for their ABILITIES, not for the color of their skin!
MLK must be smiling. |

Exactly...Bush walks the walk, he never talks the talk like the dems. W has class and so does Condi. |

I still look forward to hearing all the reasons she's "Unfit for Command" from the "bi-partisan" pundits
Maybe, just maybe, we'll be lucky and get James Carville to use the phrase "homos in Hollywood" again! |

In the debates a question came up about "Afirmative Action" -- HE EASILY could have said , Look at my cabinet (Sec of State, Sec of Education, National Sec Advisor) but didn't want to demean those people by giving the impression that he pick them for any other reason then ability.
Kerry hammmered him (while at the same time having NO minorities in his campaine staff) and Bush was just too classy to try to gain "points" by referring to those staff.
I noticed it and he won a lot of repect from me. |

I LOVE the eyes on the donkey! I've had days like that when I got my phone bill! _________________ John Kerry. A Neville Chamberlain for our times. |
