On Fox & Friends this morning, it was brought up that Skerry was considering suing John O'Neill for libel. Don't know if this has been brought up in a forum yet, but heard this being discussed. Would this open up a can of worms for Kerry? Would this force him to sign the 180 and release his military documents? We are using our money right now for the troops, but if this happened, sign me up for a donation for legal defense expenses.

There is an absolute defense to the libel/slander --- TRUTH

The counterclaim of libel/slander against the Swift Vets would be the winner.... and Kerry had $9million in his campaing legal/accounting fund.

I'd donate again to support the legal defense/offense for the Swift Vets.

Added bonus --- at last Form 180 would be signed and all Skerry records released.
