BOXER REBELLION UPDATE...
Today on the show, we asked for the supporters of Senator Barbara Boxer to call in and voice their support. We heard callers voicing their love for Boxer and surprisingly they had absolute disdain for Rick. When asked though why they liked Boxer, very few could actually respond as to why. They were able to muster out the typical “I HATE BUSH.”
Right now on Capitol Hill hearings are being held to confirm Dr. Rice as the new Secretary of State. She does have the support of members of both parties including Sen. Ken Salazar (D-CO) and Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT). Both spoke out against partisan voting in their statements today. To these true patriots and public servants, we thank you.
However there is still a “sour grapes” Democratic faction. Barbara Boxer, their fearless leader, is planning an hour-long rant about the “Vast Right Wing Conspiracy” along with other Democratic leaders including Sen. Richard Byrd from West Virginia, an ex-Klansman. FYI Democrats, having a former Klansman attack an African American woman who is breaking a new barrier may not be the wisest move for that golden minority vote.
You lost- move on. George W. Bush is the President of the United States of America, as voted upon by the citizens of this nation. Do not allow your wounded pride and selfish agendas to get in the way of doing the work of this nation.
