I have been watching Fox News all night and the most important thing for me was seeing day break and people walking to the polls in Iraq. Thank you Fox for understanding the importance of the moment and allowing us to witness the greatest moment in mankind. Millions of people breaking the chains and shackles and becoming free. You cannot help but love our country and those who fight for its principles as granted by god at this time. _________________ "An activist is the person who cleans up the water, not the one claiming its dirty."

MSNBC, they are going over the likely targets that would do the most damage at the polling places..Fox is upbeat and the rest are gloom and doom waiting for a trainwreak.. |

14:00 Local in Iraq and 27 deaths. So far they have had less deaths than your typical Presidential election in the Philippines.
MSM will make a big deal out of this and overlook the fact that these folks are voting in a free election for the first time in their lives. I think one Iraqi woman (91 years old) summed it all up when she said; "I'm here voting for my son who would be here voting if he hadn't been killed by Saddam." She had walked several miles to the polls and cast her vote.

Except for the most twisted partisans, any nightowl flipping through
the channels is bound to prefer to see the positive, yet accurate,
coverage on FOX rather than the approach taken by MSNBC. Thank
God for FOX.
Thank God for George W. Bush who was willing to risk his political
future to stay the course in Iraq so that these oppressed people
could experience this wonderful day. Although I am sad for those
that lost their lives, I praise God that He is in control and that the
losses were so few. I greatly admire those brave Iraqis who had
the courage to come out and actually stand in an exposed line to
cast their ballots.
The neatest thing was seeing some of the soldiers (I assume they
were ours since they were in cammies) waving to the people and
even dancing in place due to the great success of this day. _________________ Susan R. Morton |
