I think 2007 will be a blood bath as the Dem's fight among themselves for positioning in preparation for 2008. RFK Jr. maybe will run later, but not in 2008. He is a very smart man though, but he has a lot of baggage and he comes off as slightly loopy for his stringent environmental views. Joe Jr I don't think is smart enough to be President.
I still think the best Dem with crossover appeal is Mark Warner, the Democratic Governor of Virginia. Zell Miller would be good for a VP too, but I think the Dems are mad at him and he probably isn't interested in running anyway. |

The Kennedy clan's time in the sun has passed. The retirement of Ted will show. No of the younger ones has it. Kathleen thought she had it wrapped up in MD, but had her butt handed to her. The rest are not of anywhere near the caliber needed to make it in politics. They think it's owed them and that is the weakest point. _________________ 8th Army Korea 68-69 |

Where is Zell and Liberman in all this? Will moderate/conservative Dems fight to limit the Deaniac/Kool-Aid Drinkers effect on the party or is it possible a break will occur sometime in the next four years? PS The image of Barbra in one of her thongs is probably enuf to make a man consider life in a monastary. |
