I do believe it's time for one of the Bush's to grow some 'nads.

I guess we no longer need anything but the Judiciary branch of the government, since they seem to have the power to over rule the other two branches.

The good ol boy club watches each others backs in this Evil or Very Mad

Whatever happened to the checks and balances part of our Consitiution? Does is only apply to the Executive and Legislative branches of government? Where is the check on the Judicial Branch?
Will there be any review of the conduct of these out-of-control judges?
It certainly won't happen while they kill a defenseless woman.

A review of the Judge's ruling will be made by the Federal Supreme Court. As it currently stands the Supreme Court has the final say over the lower courts and their rulings.

The only checks and balances we have in DC anymore is check writing (for themselves) and the balancing act all the pols perform.

I would not now hold any hope of the "nine old people" in black robes acting on this in any affirmative way either

I've deleted a post here.

Remarks such as I've just read are unworthy of the participants here and reflect poorly on us all.

'Nuff said.
