Corruption permeates Pinellas County.
I started my other post on the Forum-- (DEMAND AN AUTOPSY!!!)
because I thought there's something wrong with Judge Greer. Why does
he consistently rule against Terri?? Michael Schiavo has standing order
with funeral home--Immediate cremation, NO AUTOPSY. How can he getaway with ordering this?? The judge has to be corrupted!! Tanya's link to the scam of hospice patients putting their assets into Judge Greer's guardianship pool in order to be declared INDIGENT and get free hospice care! And Judge Greer refusing to let the Trust be audited!!
Poor Terri!! She was ordered to DIE so all of the corruption would not be exposed!!!
I got too tired last night to continue all the reading. This morning I went
to Empire Journal Home Page and IT'S ALL THERE!!! At least an hour's worth of reading.

http://www.theempirejournal.com/

OH DEAR GOD, RESCUE TERRI, I PRAY!!!

TERRI WAS BEATEN AND SUFFERED BRAIN

DAMAGE AFTER SHE WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL!!!

Quote:
~snip~In another emerging revelation, another neurologist who examined the timeline of Terri’s brain scans found that for the first three days of her initial hospitalization in 1990, her brain scans were normal. Then suddenly, on the sixth day, her brain scan showed evidence of a massive injury. He concludes that Terri was hit on the head and suffered intracranial hemorrhage while in the hospital. The physician maintains that she did not suffer her brain damage outside the hospital but while she was hospitalized.~snip~

The conclusion is that she was either hit on the head or dropped on her head during later February or early March while in that hospital.

According to a time-line of physicians and therapists reports as posted on The Empire Journal, Terri’s injury occurred on Feb. 25, 1990.

2/25/1990
Terri's Injury

2/25/1990
X-Ray Report Dr. Hameroff
Images taken of cervical spine, no acute bony pathology
- straightening of normal cervical lordosis

2/25/1990
Neuro Consult Dr. DeSousa
Deeply comatose. No evidence of acute process in CT scan.
Evidence of myoclonic seizures.
Rule out acute myocardiac infarction, seizures as cause.
Neck is somewhat stiff as is all of the muscles of the body.
No jugular venous distension. WBC 26,300, drug screen negative

2/25/1990
CT Scan Report Dr. Hameroff
Normal

2/26/1990
EEG Report Dr. DeSousa
Abnormal EEG indicative of generalized suppression and slowing

2/27/1990
DeSousa Report
Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response shows no significant
disruption of the brain stem acoustic pathway
- study within normal limits

2/27/1990
CT Scan Report Dr. Greenberg
Normal CT Scan

2/28/1990
EEG Report Dr. DeSousa
Generalized diffuse slowing. Some fast frequency rhythms
which were not obvious during previous recording.
May have been slight improvement over last EEG.

3/19/1990
EEG Report Dr. DeSousa
Markedly abnormal EEG, no significant improvement from
previous records

3/30/1990
CT Scan Report Dr. Abramson
CT Scan shows noncommunicating hydrocephalus,
changes occurred since 2/27 exam

If one looks carefully at this time line, one sees that Terri had
“normal” CT’s of the brain on Feb. 25 and Feb. 27, according to
medical professional. Medical experts say that categorically there is
no way that she could have suffered massive anoxic injury to the
brain on Feb. 25 and have a normal CT scan on Feb. 27. According
to the medical professionals, brain edema begins to occur about
20 minutes after infarction and by 24 hours her brain (if she had
suffered a massive anoxic event) would have been massively
swollen---something that could never be missed and never called normal.
If her brain CT was normal two days after she entered the hospital
than there is no possible way she suffered a massive
infarction or global ischemia on Feb. 25.
They point to March 30 when suddenly she develops non-communicating hydrocephalus.

I bet that judge and hospice were bilking the government!

I know that on TV last night that Greer's Friend (some attorney) ADMITTED THAT JUDGE GREER TOOK CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM FELOS (MICHAEL'S ATTORNEY!!

CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMEN, GOV & PRES BUSH, MEDIA, ETC.

They are already starting with the "it was a private matter nonsense."

I posted this on another site:

The slippery slope: Disussing "quality" of life.

Terri is alive. Period. Quality has nothing to do with it.

All she needed was food & water, like all human beings. That makes anyone of us who eat and drink subject to starvation by court order.

When we start allowing judges to determine "quality", we may end-up with a Greer that decides that all liberal/socialist/communists could not possibly have a brain, i.e. no-quality of life, will those in that group want us to speak up for them?

Will they want "government intervention?"

BTW: The police outside that hospice & even in the room with Terri while her parents visit is government, and there I definately agree is over stepping by that Judge Grim.

{end of original post}

Arrow Arrow Arrow

I am so tired of hearing about her brain & how it functions. Anyone I hear talk about that are one of those "useful idiots" for the commies.

"On May 6, 2004, a Pinellas county court struck down legislation ("Terri's Law") passed by the Florida legislature and signed by Governor Jeb Bush, which was designed to halt a previous attempt to starve Terri Schiavo to death.

On May 7, 2004 — only one day after the ruling — Judge Greer received a campaign gift from the law firm of Michael Schiavo’s attorney.

This was not due to a fundraising effort, as this was the only contribution made to the Greer campaign fund on that particular day."

How in the name of the U.S. Constitution does a county court strike down anything that the other two equal but separate branches of government, namely the legislature and Governor??

Something is terribly out of balance, and we must fix it.

Charges of DCA Unethical ActivitySurface in Schaivo Case.
Shocking allegations of judicial misconduct in the Terri Schiavo case indicate that while the chief judge of Florida’s 2nd District Court of Appeals was writing dissenting opinions in the right-to-life case, his law clerk was allegedly unethically and unlawfully discussing the case in public circles.

Such alleged improper behavior by a court employee of DCA Chief Judge Chris W. Altenbernd’s court allegedly denied Terri Schiavo a fair trial and led to her death sentence.

In a stunning revelation by a . . . READ MORE

Federal Complaint Filed with DOJ in Schiavo Case Alleging ADA Violations

" A New York State special education teacher has filed a detailed eight-page complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice on behalf of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, alleging numerous violations of the Americans with Disabilities.

An immediate stay of execution has been requested until the matter can be investigated.."

Oh, Tanya! Thank you. There may be HOPE!!

Hallelujah!!

I had been thinking for a while that maybe the DOJ could claim
a violation of her civil rights, but I didn't think in the context of
the Americans with Disabilities Act!!

Dear God, don't let it be too late!!!!

This is great! I have just been reading the the document.

She charges EVERY JUDGE in EVERY COURT that the case has gone to
with discrimination based on the premise that they ruled against her
BECAUSE OF HER DISABILITY!!
Very interesting approach. It covers every unfair ruling against her.
The body of the complaint begins on page 3.

Tis woman really knows her stuff. Now, to get through the good ol' boy club of Judges and get some hydration back in her before it's too late.

I noticed it was served yesterday but so far, no action taken. They keep dragging their heels and she will die, which I'm beginning to think they all want anyway. Sad
