The Florida Judiciary has progressed well towards a Liberal Oligarchy. Unless the Legislatures reign in the judges and define the scope of their jurisdiction and even impeach a few, this will continue. Two things are bneeded now on the Federal level. Break the Democrat filibuster and then break up the 9th Circus Court of Schlemiels. Jeb Bush and the FL legilature have to do the same at the state level. No linguini spines needed here.
