It's already started:
"Judges have to follow the law. . .whoa for those judges. . . standing up for the law. . .those poor judges hearts ache. . . .must follow the law. . ."
(and on FOX no less!)
What garbage!
What do they think legislation is?? That legislation that was passed to give Terri one "DeNovo" review.
FLASH: It's called a LAW!!
We need to rail for reigning in the "Masters in Robes."

One more thing:
On Shepherd Smith (FOX) he had on a lawyer, who not only did the "feel sorry for the judges" routine. . .
He actually tried to act like he doesn't think there should be an autopsy. . ."should let her rest"!
Don't tell me their not covering for each other. . .
We need to keep in touch with Terrisfight.org, and get some laws changed and have these judges SMACKED BACK!!

I saw that too! That lawyer and his 'let her die peacefully' crap. I wanted to scream at him to get the heck off Fox. How can anyone think this is peaceful? Even Dr. Kervorkian had a more peaceful solution than this!
Shep Smith has made it pretty obvious that he is against saving Terri's life. I have always respected him, and it makes me wonder if he has even looked at the same records and documents that we have. |

And just what law, passed by Congress were those 9 judges following in the infamous 1971 "Roe vs. Wade"?
These judges want the law followed to a "T" if they agree with it, if they disagree with "The Law" they call it unconstitutional, and make their own law.
How very "Hitler like"! |

EXACTLY!!
We need to get involved in the judicial nominee process.
We also need term limits on federal judges.
Other ideas?
BTW: Don't you find it curious that everyone in the MSM and judges have been driving this to Terri's public death with their talking points and "Buzz" phrases.
It cannot be coincidence.
Not to mention, all the screw-up by Shindlers' Attys, (although this last one, I don't know much about, but the original one set this case up for a major fall.
BTW: Anyone know what happened to the JURY?? I know it was demanded, therefore it had to be part of the "process" that was due!

Whatever comes these judges way, they asked for it. They have no one to blame but themselves and several people have very long memories.
I have about as much sympathy for them as they showed Terri Schiavo. _________________ Clark County Conservative |

I'm not certain, but I think a jury trial was waived by both Michael
Schiavo AND the Schindlers. They elected to have trial by Judge. _________________ “I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. ‘Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death.” (Thomas Paine, 1776) |

Why in the world would anyone waive a jury trial??
Especially when life or death is on the line???
The lawyers set this up, and the judges rubberstamped it!!

I like how we are a nation of laws and judges must follow the law. If so, why aren't marijuana smokers jailed more often? Seems like everything else, laws are also selectively enforced all over. _________________ Clark County Conservative |

I have a very low opinion of judges in general.
The modern judges in our beloved country have released child sexual predators after little time in jail, only for them to do it again, and in some cases kill the child.
The judge that was killed in Atlanta last month had just given a woman get this: 5 years probation for killing her infant child!
Five years probation? |
