"Euthanasia advocate George Felos who says he hears “voices” in his head about death, claimed that Michael Schiavo had requested an autopsy because he wants proof of the extent of his wife’s brain damage and to put to rest rumors of her physical condition."

What he didn’t tell the public was that the Pinellas County medical examiner had already ordered that an autopsy would be performed on Terri Schiavo’s death.
Some have asked the question that if Schiavo wants to put to rest any doubts about Terri's condition after she dies, why he hasn’t agreed to a new MRI or a PET scan while she’s still alive instead of waiting until her death which he has worked to achieve for nearly a decade.

As The Empire Journal reported, under Florida law, whenever cremation is planned, an autopsy is mandated to be performed pursuant to Section 406.11 of Florida Statutes.

It appears that George Felos and Michael Schiavo had no choice about having an autopsy performed and that even death judge George Greer couldn't stop an autopsy from being performed.

This is very important news. Once proved a deceiver, guilt in most things is assumed.

In FL, if cremation is demanded immediately upon death, an autopsy is required by law. It is the Medical Examiner's duty to follow through. Michael Shocked and his lawyer Felos (_!_) do not have a choice in the matter. They are being disingenuous at best.
