Oh my,my!! The Justices are very upset.
Congress can give jurisdiction for the case to the Federal courts,
but how dare they prescribe a de Novo review.
In other words, you can't tell us what to do!
And poor Terri doesn't get a review because the Justices are in a snit!!!
