Tom is no Newt...more's the shame. He's done nothing the Dimos don't consider 'matter of course' and resent he's doing the same.
In '97 Putin had not yet bombed Moscow apartment blocks, blamed it on Chechyans and claimed the presidency. (note to Michael Moore: get a clue)
I'm reminded of another Texan, John Towers whose inevitable shame was that he had been a Navy Chief, moreat he assumed no more in his reserve status. "This guy had crawled Oolongapo, ate baloot and there is no cure!"
