It's sad to see the current leadership within the party stooping to such tactics. What is even sadder is they seem to think that it will endear them to the public.

Another Girly man speaks his mind. This guy is an absolute twerp and makes wonder how he ever got elected. I hope the people of Nevada are listening to this dribble falling from the lips of Reid. Put a bib on this drooling KoolAid drinker.

God Save America if this is the best we can put forward to be one of our Nations' leaders.

This statement will definitely galvanize the republican base to eliminate this politician from the Washington scene in the next election.

Checked his bio and he never served a day in the military of course. He was in his twenties during Vietnam,

Dingy Harry is going to find himself a loser. Spouting the Leftist talking points will endear him to nobody but the fringe kooks and shows a lack of leadership, apology notwithstanding.

Harry Reid is a "puzzlement" to me. Once he was chosen as ML, he
had two paths he could have taken. I think because he appeared less
strident than Daschle, many people expected him to be more reasonable
and willing to compromise with Republicans. This was even mentioned in
news stories. This path would have given "Dingy Harry" the opportunity
to evolve into a true statesman and to actually do what the people of
Nevada elected him to do.

Instead, he chose the opposite path. In order not to appear weaker
than Daschle, he went to the other extreme. Not only is he emolating
Daschle's obstructionist tactics, he is trying to prove that he is even
tougher than Daschle. That explains why he makes outrageous
comments like this one and the one about Judge Thomas. Daschle was
too savy a politician to make stupid statements like this in public. All
of this has just served to make Dingy Harry look ridiculous and petty.
He has done as much damage to the Dems in the past few months as
it took "the Swimmer" and "Sheets Byrd" years to accomplish.
